This Is For You If:
You're facing one of these:
- •Board-level conflict you need to navigate without destroying relationships
- •Difficult termination (firing someone who's been there 20 years, managing a friend out)
- •High-stakes negotiation where you need the outcome without burning bridges
- •Strategic decision where every option has significant consequences
- •Leadership challenge your usual approaches aren't solving
- •Career crossroads with competing priorities you can't resolve
- •Team dynamic that's escalating and impacting delivery
This is for senior leaders wrestling with decisions that have real consequences. Not personal life coaching. Not career exploration. Not general overwhelm.
How It Works
Before you book:
You answer 5 questions Rachael sends you:
- What's the specific problem or decision?
- What have you already tried?
- What's the consequence of not solving this?
- What would success look like?
- What's stopping you from already doing that?
She reviews your answers before the session and comes prepared.
The session:
- •First 15 minutes: clarifying questions
- •Next 60 minutes: working the problem strategically
- •Final 15 minutes: action plan and next steps
After the session:
You get a summary of the key insights, the strategic approach, and concrete next steps you can take immediately. That's it. Focused. Strategic. Done.
What This Looks Like In Practice
A difficult termination. A senior leader needs to let a 20-year employee go, wrestling with guilt and worried about team impact. Session outcome: a clear framework for the conversation, a plan for managing the team's reaction, and a separation proposal. The leader leaves with confidence and strategy.
A board conflict. An executive navigating a board member undermining their authority, who can't afford to lose the relationship. Session outcome: a strategic approach that protects the relationship while setting boundaries, plus a backup plan.
A career crossroads. A leader offered a CEO role but worried about capacity with a family situation. Session outcome: a decision-making framework, clarity on what actually matters versus what ‘should’ matter, and the confidence to make the call.
Investment
£750 for 90 minutes
Pre-work questions + focused session + post-session summary. If you decide to continue with ongoing coaching after the session, the £750 applies to your first month.
Why £750? Executive coaching rates run £500-1,500 an hour. You're paying for strategic thinking at senior level. The problems you're bringing have real consequences; the thinking needs to match.
This Works Best When:
- •You have a specific, high-stakes problem (not vague overwhelm)
- •You're ready to act on what we uncover
- •You need strategic thinking, not emotional processing
- •You want direct challenge, not gentle support
- •You're time-constrained and need focused work now
This doesn't work if:
- •You need ongoing support over time (that's Executive Coaching)
- •You're in crisis with formal proceedings (that's LemonAID SOS)
- •You want someone to tell you what to do (Rachael won't; she'll help you think it through)
- •You're not ready to hear hard truths
- •This is a personal life problem, not a leadership one
