Who we are

This website is operated by LemonAID Coaching & Consulting ("we", "us"), founded by Rachael Lemon and based in London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@rachaellemon.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect information you choose to give us:

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message, so we can respond to your enquiry. Messages sent through the contact form may include sensitive workplace or health context; we treat everything you share as confidential.
  • Newsletter signups: your email address, so we can send you the newsletter you subscribed to (LemonAIDing™ or EmpowHER). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • Consultation bookings: the details you enter when booking a call, so we can hold the appointment and contact you about it.

Our lawful bases are consent (newsletters) and legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and managing bookings).

Where your information is stored

Enquiries, subscriptions and bookings are stored in our customer relationship management system, HighLevel Inc. (Go High Level), which processes data on our behalf and may store it on servers in the United States under appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics. If that changes we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@rachaellemon.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
